I found a piece of music that got me off my duff and into the computer cave. Also, I wanted to thank Igor for his kindnesses. These are images from several trips with an eye towards video and how to compress it and yet keep it HD and good quality and keep it within megapixel limits. The video is under 5 minutes long. Hi Folks, Just to let Mac owners know that Crossover V17.1 will install PTE. Running Win 10 in a Wine bottle (I have no idea what this means - but it works) results in PTE working much better and faster than using VMware Fusion and Win 10 on a virtual machine. I have an old iMac, 2011, with 12GB RAM. Using Crossover and PTE, I have 4GB RAM free to play with. Uisng VMwareFusion, Win 10 and PTE, I have jsut 512MB to play with.

Hi all. I made a presentation in PTE, to my friends in Canada, with images and videos from the Internet, basically Google images, to show them, how is the Venezuelan Guayana (rivers, mountains, flora, fauna, but not people or cities), but can not mount it on Slideshowclub by the warning “Don’t upload anything that is not yours. This includes pictures, music, videos and/or other material that you have copied or collected from the Internet, but not shown their ownership or copyright. ” They are about 150 images, how can I “show their ownership or copyright”, or simply, I can not do that. In that case, to place it in Dropbox and share the URL in the Forum, is unethical? MUR

Hi everybody Motivated by the work that Lin is doing with snow and rain, I did an exercise in O&A. I downloaded from Internet, several videoclips, pictures and sounds, and processed them with Avidemux, Photoshop and Audacity and then, they were organized in PTE. It is only to explore an idea. A preliminary version is in Slideshowclub, Demos, as “Tropical storm”. MUR

Hi Based on the question of Claudio Carrelli (Slide show duration change), I made this simple macro that allows you to change the duration of each slide, by a certain percentage, automatically. The macro can be adapted to other forms, such as adding or removing a fixed amount to the duration of each slide, or modify only the slides that have a longer or shorter time value (or what do you want?).
