AlexRoma
I know it's a 2017 post but ... it's a fantastic effect. how was it done?
Lin Evans
Hi Alex, It's one of the many ways PTE objects can be manipulated. Use Dave's New Years Greeting style below. No need to have an image, just apply the style to an inserted blank screen then study the Parent/Child construct in Objects and Animations. Lin Evans
Hi Guys, Here's an example from one of my shows a few years ago. This one you may also want to study to see how the circling text was produced. The zipped archive is below the video. Just download the zip file, extract the contents into a folder and load the PTE file and look at the Objects and animations screen. Lin Evans
Let me check and re-link - Just a few moments.. Best regards, Lin Sorry - had two "example" files - one capitalized and one not with different content. I renamed and the above original link should give the correct one now... stranger2156
Sorry, Lin, the contents of the archive remain the same. Best regards, Paul
jmG-06100
Thank you, Lin, the example works perfectly. Stanger2156: Maybe you need to refresh your web browser and delete the cached pages, so that you get the updated contents.
Lin Evans
Hi Paul, I get the correct file when I download it now. It's probably as JMG said - something in the cache. I'll upload it under a different link for you below... Best regards, Lin http://www.lin-evans.org/paul/example.zip
stranger2156
Thanks you, Lin, jmG-06100, I didn’t even think about the cache in the browser, the second link is fine. Best regards, Paul
