If you use your laptop connected to a videoprojector for a public show, just switch off the WiFi and you will not receive pop up alerts. Hi Colin, I saw this problem on two my computers with Windows 10 several times. It's not related with PicturesToExe. Same problem occured when I watched video in a fullscreen mode of video players (Media Player Classic HomeCinema). It seems to be a bug in Windows 10. Restarting of Windows 10 solves this problem.
