Ingrid Gane Posted May 9, 2019 Report Share Posted May 9, 2019 Can anyone help - I'm trying to add narration to my show via the 'audio - record' feature, but it is not recording, although it does save a blank recording to the audio folder but there is no sound. Lin Evans Posted May 9, 2019 Report Share Posted May 9, 2019 Hi Ingrid, Which version of Windows are you running? Usually this type problem is that your microphone is not properly set up in Windows. Try this: Run the command "sndvol32.exe /r" from your computer's "Start -> Run ..." .
