Add a new button action Play video with Return

To solve various problems with external media players it would be nice to have a new video play option using the existing PTE Player. Maybe add a new button action "Play video with Return". Users would then have new option of using internal PTE player or continue to use external file association player or run application player. I think MP4 would be only media type required if difficult to support all video types.
