venture Posted August 9, 2021 Report Share Posted August 9, 2021 I have sent two messages using your form - I included 'PTE' and received a message saying it had been sent OK but, so far, I have not received an acknowledgement. My problem is that I have made two AVI files to be shown on a TV via a USB memory stick - one runs OK but not the other. I have checked the properties of each file and there is a difference between their Frame rates and their Data rates. The good one has a frame rate of 29.97 fps, and the other one a frame rate of 59.94 fps. I might have somehow changed the higher one inadvertently, but I can't find away to reset it. Igor Posted August 9, 2021 Report Share Posted August 9, 2021 Hi, We didn't receive your message. Sorry! Create a new AVI video with 30p option. See a screenshot below. The most likely, old TV cannot play 60p video files. Also I recommend to try a MP4 video (30p) on your TV. It produces less file size with better visual quality.
