I have used PTE for several years, but just upgraded to version 4.2 and am trying to do a creat an avi for a DVD. I can't even get started. In the instructions, I can's find out how to do this: " Start PicturesToExe; open your project; and then call AVI video output dialog ("AVI button in the main window of PicturesToExe)" Where is the AVI button, I don't see it.
