I've had the same problem but in different circumstances. Did you manage to sort the problem out please? I've contacted Support/help but have heard nothing! Do I just need to be even more patient?!

I have no record of my P2E V 8 and do not wish to have to buy a new version. Computer crashed and I have been ill and my brain doesn't work as well as it should!
