    Just to add a footnote about using PtoE on a Mac and the potential pitfalls.

    I bought Windows 7 and Parallels so that i could use PtoE on my Mac, loaded both programmes and then entered purgatory. It has completely messed up my Mac which is a MacPro with 10GB of RAM. Both PtoE and Audacity were so unstable that I can not use them, and I now have terrible problems with slow Photoshop, locking up and inability to shut down, whereby I have to force it to shut down. This was a machine that was completely trouble free before I loaded the programmes.

    The trouble is that I do not have enough knowledge to uninstall the two programmes, I couldn't see them when i went into Drive Utilities to get rid that way, and stupidly I used the original disc to get rid of Parallels, so now when I put the Windows disc in to use the UNINSTALL facility, the MAC does not recognise it and keeps ejecting the disc.

    I would like to uninstall Windows and try it using with Bootcamp. I can see Windows 7 within Applications (Parallels) but do not know how best to uninstall?

    Thanks for taking the time to reply and thank you for a super programme it has given me many hours of enjoyment, if sometimes frustrating.

    Not sure what you mean by uncheck "show Navigation bar" which programme is this in, I can not find it in PtoE and it does not appear as an option in Finder on the Mac?

    Thank you very much everyone for sorting out my problem, I have been poorly today so haven't had a chance to try it again, but I am sure that with all this advice it is going to work.

    I did belligerently yesterday, keep Removing and Adding music until one time it did work, so I do have a working narration/music track, but clearly that is not satisfactory for the next one. So I will heed the advice offered and load the music properly for the next AV, which will be following very soon.

    The one I have just finished is on the architect Pugin, so I could do with downloading it somehow to get criticism. Not sure how to do that?

  10. Audacity to PtoE

    I am having problems transferring sound files from Audacity to PtoE.

    I have a sound mix of six tracks and it plays fine in Audacity. I save it as a working file and then export it as a WAV file to my folder. I then import it from PtoE as 'add music' but I only get one of the six tracks playing in PtoE?

    This is not my first AV I have completed several before this without any problem, but I am stuck at the moment, any ideas please?

    I have tried the process on two separate editions of PtoE (6.5 and 7 beta) but they both have the same problem, so it is not PtoE.

    Thanks guys thats brilliant, easy when you know how.

    I am new to PtoE and I have only made three AV's but I kept to basic techniques and I want to make them more sophisticated. I saw one last night using 3D where the cube rolled around with different menu pages on each side, got to be able to do that, so that is the next learning curve.

    Thanks Ronnie for that, your videos work well and that would be excellent.

    However I need my hand holding, as I am a beginner as regards to making an HD video or converting to MP4 don't know how to do either of those. On your site how have you converted the exe file to show?
