Join my wife and I on a brisk tour of the Franklin Mountains State park in El Paso, Texas.

Agree with Ken, the hills certainly take on a barren look. Reminds me of certain mountainous parts of the countryside here in my country.

Have you thought of maybe a bit of pan and zoom for certain shots?

Ken & Colin,

The projector sound I recorded the "click" of my camera.

Yes the mountains are baren. Mostly cactus and scrub brush. In the spring if we have had a wet winter the mountains come alive with a profusion of poppies.

I tried some pan and zoom but did not like the results.
