Hi Igor;

I have P2E Deluxe 6.5.8 installed. The VideoBuilder key has expiered. I have bought a new Activation VideoBuilder Key. I have installed P2E Deluxe 7.0 beta 4, and installed the VB key into the VideoBuilder. It says that "your license key is successfully loaded." I turn VideoBuilder off and then start it again and it still asks for the registration key. I copy and past the key from "------Key Begin----- to ------Key End------" as the email instruction says. Plus I am logged on as the adminsistrator.

My order ID was 38UUBPF-7BK2W.

I am a bit frustrated with this. I don't understand why it doesn't accept the VB key.

Can you please help me.

regards,

Johnny

Hello Johnny,

I have just sent new key at your e-mail address. Please try to register the program with this key, and let me know about the results.

Kind regards,

Hello Alena;

The key that you sent me worked fine. Thank you very much.

I am curious as to why the new key that I had recieved in the new long format didn't work {I emailed it to you so you can see it} and the new key in the old short format that you sent me worked.

Regards;

Johnny
