Hawk Posted April 23, 2008 Report Share Posted April 23, 2008 Hi JennyThis error message usually relates to an incomplete file.Do you have sufficient room for the file size on your FTP account?If it was a .ZIP file you uploaded to your FTP and not enough room it may still reside as a .ZIP but not complete.When you download, it will not run and you will get this error message. Hawk Posted April 23, 2008 Report Share Posted April 23, 2008 JennyI would imagine the same message would occur with an improper.EXE.You may have to contact your provider to check account size.If your site allows .exe files then "no" it does not have to be zipped.The file size 19 Meg .exe will not be reduced that much by zipping.Can you temporarily download a few items / save - then delete from FTP site to allow the 19 Meg upload.
