Thank you both. Turns out I did need to input a previous key first on my new laptop and then the new one. All's ok now. Liam

Updated to 7.3 yesterday. Worked ok on my desktop but the graphics card is not up to it for the video builder. So I installed 7.3 on my new christmas laptop with a good graphics card but it will not accept the emailed key. Goes into a loop where it says key successfully registered loaded but the key does not stick, it loops back to evaluation copy. Do I need to install an earlier version first with its key (not sure where it is)before this one to fix it or what?
