OK had some help from the support team (Thanks Alena) and now its all working fine a very happy customer.

Thx @Igor Kokarev for noticing that and that you removed it , i already downloaded the latest version a few times and also install it over and over again and activate it with the key but still the same result ,i dont know where it go's wrong

Hi yes i did send it early this morning , i thought maybe i did something wrong thats why i asked here for advice.

Hi all i bought today this program and would like to be able to use the full version but when i try to put my Key then i get the same screen again after i press ok ,maybe someone can help me out why it says put key and then activate then it says thank you and after i press ok then i see for 2 seconds the program open and it closes again and i get the loading the Key screen again so the i still have the evaluation version. See pictures what is going wrong over here.
