I am using the latest version and I set the format to pal which is in my country. but it does not work can any one help me please.

Hi all, I have created a video with photos and movie clips. When I burn them to a dvd the movie clips are two slow. But the photos are fine I created a exe file it works fine. Can anyone help me to understand what I have done wrong? look forward to hear you , greeting from Maldives.
