  1. Thank you! I just upgraded to version 8. It looks like a "piece of cake". One more question; I'm resizing all images to 1980 x 1320. Does the dpi matter (72, 240, 300, etc) as long as the dimension in the resize box is 1980? Thanks again, Jerry
  2. I can get version 8. When I checked for updates I received a message that read that I was up to date. Apparently I need to download the newer version from the website?
  3. Thank you, Lin! I didn't look in the Animations tab because I was so focused on it being a transition. Duh. Yachtsman1, I have the deluxe version 7.5.10. Preset slide styles? Is that different than the preset transitions? Jerry
  4. Hi Lin, I want to do some zooming in/out and select the points to emphasize during the zoom. I was able to do that quite easily with Fotomagico on my Mac, but the output was horrible with that program so I dumped it, bought an inexpensive PC, and downloaded this software. Jerry
  5. Will a customizable Ken Burns Effect be available soon? Is there an easy work around to produce that effect now? Thanks! Jerry
  6. Thank you! Since I already had 150+ images the way I wanted them I just went in and unticked the "Main Object of Slide" box for the rest of the images after the blank image. That worked just fine! Thanks again! Jerry
  7. Thank you. But I can't seem to find where to create the "Parent Image" and subsequently add the children. Do I have to add each image individually somehow instead of "drag and drop"?
  8. My issue is that no matter what I try my images are either elongated or scrunched up (verticals) when played back on a flat screen TV. I've looked through previous answers to this question on the forum, but see solutions to earlier versions (like unchecking boxes that don't exist in my version). I'm new to PTE, so a detailed explanation would be very helpful and quite appreciated. Thank you! Jerry
