Hi JT49, Yes I am from the Netherlands. Don’t get me wrong, I understand the situation and I agree that Wnsoft can’t continue this way. But Wnsoft should ask themselves what's fair in this case. I think you can only ask money for an upgrade when this is a new program (this means a lot of new functions / improvements / etc). In my opinion when you upgrade from PTE 1-4 to PTE 8 then you can say there is a new program. But when you upgrade from PTE 5-7 it is not a new program but just an update. Asking $34 for an update is very expensive (and should be free or at least much cheaper). Wnsoft should also understand that those who have PTE 6.5-7 only had 1 or 2 upgrades (lifetime was promised!). And yes it is a great program, but this is not the way it should be.

Jag-Jag is right. When you get a free lifetime upgrade it isn't fair to stop this like WNsoft do and then ask for understanding. Personally I think $34 for an upgrade, which was promised to be free, very expensive (especially if you have PTE 5.0-6.5). I understand that WNsoft can't continue to give lifetime upgrades, but they should have thought about this before. I expect a better proposal than the $34 for the upgrade.
