I have used this link ( https://www.wnsoft.com/pte-av-studio/lost-license-key/ ) to retrieve the licence key for my Pictures to Exe Deluxe 9 which I have had to reinstall when my computer crashed! I have entered the key emailed to me but when entered I get the message ' the key entered for this product is incorrect or the key is damaged' I have posted a message in the contact details but as yet i have not been contacted.I have been using this product for a long time and would appreciate any help to get it up and running again

I have recently made a dvd from my .pte file to view on tv. My problem is that the sound does not seem to have been recorded. What could be the problem. I have made numerous dvd in the past all of which were ok. All my equipment is the same tvs,dvd player etc.

I have been using Version7.5.10 delux for some time now. Just transferred it to a new PC but when I try to open I get the message that the Licence key is invalid or corrupted. It still works ok on my old pc. Is it still possible to download my existing version as I do not want to have to upgrade
