Is this feature only available in pro version?

I wish to create Style of file name text template being displayed on selected images in A/V- but when I click a slide and choose Styles and Themes - Tools - New Style is always greyed out - any suggestions pls

sorry where do I "Apply to all Slides"?

I have followed Help but cant seem to find where to have all subsequent slides take on text template of file title at bottom corner of each slide - it appears on slide 1 fine. (Slide -Objects and Animations then Add text Template).
