At the preset time v5vb15 recognizes the max burn speed of the specified burner/disk combination
will we ever be able to adjust this down
on my system,
one burner and disk combination will burn at 2x
the other burner will do 4x
when troubleshooting i would like to cut speed of the 4x to 2x
firmware is not available - both too old

"in at target size 1024 x 768 with resolution 200dpi so didn't need to? or did I for small slides? If I understand what I have read in the links I didn't if only showing on screen."
you can resize to 1024/768 but you are making extra work for yourself worring about going down to 72 dpi
if you go to the cottage and get my early demo

if you do not have a screen capture program
open ms paint
with what you want to to capture on the screen
press the "alt" key and the "print scrn" key
this copies the screen capture to the clipboard
click past in ms paint and save the image as a jpg to a directory where you can find it
i use this
http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file/fid,...ml?tk=nl_hsxdwn
and have it working in the background all the time

from deep within my memory bank:)
win 3.1 and dos files could only accept 11 characters
along came win 95 and i believe the max file name got bumped up to 256
but
burning protocol is still limited to 11
sometimes things slip thru the cracks

if you place a comment in the comment line of the main screen, by default it goes where the comments are selected to go
project options/comments
my default is top and the text is kind of masked by the tv safe zone - but i drag it wherever i want
then in the O/A section i can increase the size of the text by grabbing the handles of the outline holding the text

one does not have a problem if they get the money up front and deals with honest people
and
of course has a fair price:)
