I would like to upgrade to PTE AV Studio Pro from PicruresToExe Deluxe.  
 
	To my frustration I have not been able to do so.  I have written twice to WnSoft Support using the Contact form already but so far have not received any response.
 
	Is there any customer support person that I can write to directly or any telephone number?
