Yes, extracting images that were lost. I have the .exe file. What is/where is the restorePTE utility?

If I have an .exe slideshow...is there anyway to get the pictures off the slideshow? once it is a .exe??

Jim Yes, I can play the song and hear it when I play it using Window Media Player..but when i add it into the project options>music>ADD and hit preview, I cannot hear it.

I've tried several different mp3's and none of them are playing....am I doing something wrong??

Yes, there is an option to burn a DVD... but...Stupid question # (what am i up too? ) I need a special CD to burn as a DVD right, I cant use my CD-R?

ok...I did this - burned as SVCD and recorded onto a CD RW as a VCD...and got it to play. HOWEVER - the image quality STINKS compared to what is on my monitor...... WHAT SHOULD I DO?? is it the image quality?? or because its being burned as a vcd on a cdrw??

I dont want to have to BUY a program to burn/play if I already have one....I just bought this.... I dont get an error message, it wont play in a dvd player. It burns ok...it plays on the computer OK...just wont play in the DVD player....

I am using pte v4.31 What option do i pick under video? custom? vcd? svcd? dvd-video?? When I go to sonic... (oh it the LE version - does this matter???) Do i choose vcd? Then it comes up with some templates.... I've been trying for a week now to create a dvd..and I am getting very very frustrated..... I've emailed the help desk, but they never responded...

they are only 500 wide 96 dpi... I think the problem is music. i just started a new one..added 5 slides and it previewed ok... if i add music to those 5 slides, it freezes again........ the music file is an mp3....
