  1. Ron. No, just the one. CS2 was removed when CS4 was installed (checked to make sure!) Doug
  2. Dave, I've now have Bridge in the list and it does open the image using Ctrl + W - might work for you. Thanks for your help and advice. Doug.
  3. Dave/Anthony I've tried the Explorer route. Photoshop CS4 was not listed. I 'browsed' to it, selected it and ticked the box. Same result - no response. Checked again, CS4 still not in list. Peter Thanks for your suggestion, JPEG's are associated with Photoshop. What next? Doug
  4. Dave, Yes - I tried Ctrl + W but to no effect. Doug
  5. When an image needs further editing I can't get it to open in Photoshop. Any suggestions, please? Doug Clark
  6. Images burned to DVD when played back are much softer than the originals. I've used both Video Builder and Pinnacle Studio to burn them - same result. Any suggestions as to how to improve the sharpness would be apppreciated. Doug
  7. Igor, I have a Dell desktop with a Radeon X300 graphics card (which, as you know, does not work with Version 5) will your recommended cards be OK with this system? Doug.
  8. Ralph You're right - I misread Post No.7 - "when I look over them on another(missed it!) PC" Thanks again Regards Doug
  9. Ralph My problem exactly (and same set-up) but I differ from IDC in that I only have the 'washed out' look in PTE 5 - PTE 4.48 is fine. Igor Thank you for your explanation - see what happens with the full version. Regards Doug
  10. Al Opacity at 100%. Thanks for the suggestion Dougall
  11. When previewing images in PTE 5.8 they appear 'washed out' but OK when previewing in PTE 4.48. Any suggestions please? Dougall
  12. Many thanks to you all for your help and your time! I've now achieved the effect I wanted. You're all so helpful (a rare commodity these days). Keep up the good work. Thanks once again, Dougall
  13. Lin, Thanks for your prompt reply. Images are 1024 x 768 and I'm using adjacent frames in PTE 4.48. However, I can't get less than one second between frames resulting in 'jerky' movement (effects are off). Any further suggestions? Kind regards, Dougall
  14. I have a number of images 'grabbed' from a video and would like to show them in PTE in QUICK succession to simulate movement. Is it possible please?
