Al, Thanks for the encouragement however, I have bought enough software on the internet to recognize what is and isn't a key. Loaded all the numbers on the 1st response email and nothing. Will be interested to hear the excuses. I hate getting off on a bad foot like this because I don't usually bad customer service like this very well.

I paid with Paypal and account is minus $30.00. Yet almost 1 day later I have not received any reply from wnsoft.com about my key except a thank you for your purchase. Paypal is as good or better than credit card. Why the delay and no reply from numerous emails to Support?
