Hi This should be a simple question but I am running v4.44 and want to upgrade to the standard version of v5 (free) as I do not need the deluxe addition of dvd burning. I am confused about how to do this. What site do I go to (wnsoft site appears to only have a link to the deluxe), will the site expect me to be buying as new and not upgrading, do I just download and run, do I have to input a key. I am not very IT literate and I need detailed instructions on how to do these things. Buying new seemed much easier than upgrading...

Hi ken Thanks for the reply but sorry I do not understand. I have not updated pte since I downloaded it over a year ago and the presentations were created with this version so why should it suddenly change. I was assumming it was a windows glitch. I tried search and it did not find anything. -
Hi I have started getting the following error message on some of my presentations: Project files created with PicturesTo Exe v1.00 - v1.60 are not supported now. Does anyone know what this means and how to recover from it? thanks

yes on my latest show I renamed the file that the images are in. I have renamed the file back to what it was but no success. I do a save as to save the images before I do a create as for the project. It worked the first time I went back to do an amendment but not now. What I can't understand is that whatever project I select it always displays the same file. Dave

I have created several picture shows but now when I go to amend the shows it comes up with an error message stating the pictures can not be found. It would appear that the system is looking at the wrong file and I can not change that. I try to open the most recent show by clicking on file and recent projects. It then displays the correct pictures in the top left box but shows 'picture not found in the box running along the bottom. The file name in the box beside the show image box is from the right directory but the wrong file (it always picks this file whatever project I chose). Can anyone help please. Many thanks
