  2. Thanks for the replies. I'll have another go and report back Steve
  3. Has anyone had any success with converting Pics2exe video files to run on a Flashtrax? According to the SmartDisk website, FlashTrax supports motion JPEG (MJPEG) picture decoding, up to 320 x 240 x 30 frames/sec or 640 x 480 x 10 frames/sec. They provide a link to a tool called MJCvt which will supposedly convert some files but I've had no success with it. Steve
  4. If I've grasped what you're asking correctly, I think you may have missed the following point. When Photoshop is displaying an image at 100% it means one pixel on the screen equates to one pixel of the original image. Hence, to display all of a picture on the screen at 100% you're going to have to reduce the size of your image in Photoshop. Steve
  5. Al, thanks for your efforts. I'll keep an eye out for developments. Steve
  6. Al, thanks for the rapid response. I'll persevere with the program as it is until you've worked out how to get round XP's foibles. (BTW does Win2k cause any problems? I know its security settings can be a real pain to fathom). Besides, it's no problem to create the thumbnails "manually" with Easy Thumbnails and copy the originals out of the way Steve
  7. I'm using XP and Excel 2002, and guess what, I'm experiencing a few problems running this utility. I haven't been able to get past the instructions headed "Convert images to thumbnails" without getting a script error and the "Create Thumbnails" button disappearing. I know the utility appears to only know about Excel 97 and 2000 so am I just expecting too much? Steve
