I did not see an link for the $20 upgrade, can you direct me to that?

I have had pictures to exe for years now, will my key I have already work with deluxe or will I have to purchase it again? What about video builder? Will I have to purchase a new key to make this work? When I originally bought this program it said all upgrades would be free, but I tried to use my key and video buildre will not accept it?

Anyone know of a good easy to use programs for making Icons?
