HI Ray, I just started putting a white border around my images for my slide shows after seeing it in another pte show. Since I do portrait sessions with 50-100 images per session I decided to create an action that takes the original images and rotates the images vertical, resizes them to 1024x685 dpi (perfect for pte shows), and adds a white stroke around the image, then saves it to a folder on the desktop called 'Proofs'. I then take this folder and place it into the client original image folder. After I created this action I created a droplet in photoshop and placed it on the desktop next to the 'Proof' folder. So now to get a set of proofs from the original images, I just drag the original folder over the droplet and let photoshop do the work for me. In about 5 minutes I now have 50-100 images ready to add to pte. I'd be happy to email the action if you like. Its for photoshop 6, which seems to process the actions without stopping, which ps7 seems to do. Mark O'Connell

Hi all, Occasionally I want to select a number of slides in the slide list and either move them or perhaps delete them. Right now I can only do this one slide at a time since holding the shift or ctrl key donot seem to have any effect. This takes so long to do in a long slide show. Is it possible to add this feature?? Thank you for all you have done for this much needed utility for PTE. My question is how are some pte creators doing to inform the end user the choices to adjust the volume control (ie: mute,restore,etc.) Can these choice be kept on the screen during the show? It could be difficult for some end users to remember which buttons to push to make changes. Let me know any ideas. Thanks MarkOC

Many times I want to add slides to to slide window, then move five or six of them at once to another part of the slide list. I can only move one slide at a time. Is there a way to select more than one slide and move the selection up the slide list like you can in the file list?

Hi Granot, The changes you made to the FlashUtility are exactly what I needed for my project. It's perfect !!!!! I actually needed to set the time to 15550 to get my flash intro to end exactly right. Thanks again for taking the time to change this for me. you are "the man". Mark

Hi Boxig. The error message I get is a popup that says thats there is a txt file missing and to contact the maker to send you a new file. I only get the error if I rename the txt file 5000.txt to any other number like 10000.txt or 30000.txt. It doesn't show up if I keep the 5000.txt file as is. The flash file does run though, but I can't see it unless I press the 'ok' button that is with the missing txt file error. Thanks for you help, Mark

Hi Guido, thanks for your prompt reply. I've tried the flash utility and it works great with one exception. I've renamed the file: 5000.txt to 10000.txt, but when I run the Flashhtml module I get an error message saying that the txt file is missing. It seems that I won't get the error message if I have the txt file named 5000.txt, but I need 10000 miliseconds for the flash movie to run. (Could really use 12000 miliseconds, but thats not an option). Any ideas? Maybe I've read the readme file wrong, but I thought I got it right. Mark

I'm trying to get my p2e exe file to start a flash movie, then have the flash movie run another p2e.exe file. I can put a button in my first p2e exe to launch the flash movie, but can't figure out how to have the flash movie automatically start the next p2e exe. Any ideas how this can be done? Thanks!
