    OK I think I have solved the problem. Thanks to you. I do not have a DVD burner on my computer. I thought I did, but I don't. So know I guess I have to buy one. Thanks for your help.

    That may be it. I put in a DVD and it is not playing. What can I do to get the DVD software?

    I did put in a music cd and it played fine. Does it have to be a DVD?

    I am having problems copying to DVD. I get to the step where you click "Start" to copy to DVD and it says "Disk is not inserted". But it is. What am I doing wrong?
