Good afternoon I am starting to build my second slide show If I press "preview" the slide show stops after the fifth of the eight slides I have loaded into the show I get the same result if I "Create" a slide show The "Project Options" have their default settings other than I have set Fade in/Out for the transition effects What am I doing wrong? Brian. Cornflow You are correct about your identification of my system I have taken ALL your advice and have even (briefly) disabled the firewall on my router. All without success. I have now asked two nearby friends ( different pooters; different ISPs) if they can access regnow, I await their response. I do use"Freeserve" for my email but my ISP is Freedom2Surf a paid for account, now owned by Tiscali. Thank you and every one else for all your help. What a friendly group this is! It will be a pleasure to be a member Barry I have now seen Brian Cornflow's statement that I will have to pay VAT even if I buy from the US. Please note - it is not the £5 I particularly object to, and accept your view about the "worth" of the programme; it is that the £5 will go to our wonderful Chancellor of the Exchequer and his comrades in Brussels. I have now from tried another computer on my home network and also via another computer system with the same (nil ) result. I propose using a third computer when I can get access and will report back. It is beginning to appear that I shall have to take up Barry's more expensive UK offer:) I have been playing with the trial programme for about a week now and think it is stupendous. Charles

Thank you for your help. However.... the final price for the UK site including VAT & shipping is £36.41 compared with the US price of $59, which equates to about £30. I would prefer to buy at US prices! I am still unable to access the secure payment server. I successfully downloaded the programm before the weekend and just need the unlock key. [Edit] Barry Your UK price is about £6 higher than the US price, unless the US site adds any local tax and / or shipping charges.
