  1. Hello friends at Wnsoft forum. Thank you for your suggestions. Formatting a flash drive here in the US varies. Our recently new Sony BRAVA TV will play a 4K video from a flash drive when formatted in EXFAT and other brands will not. Then also older Sony TVs will not work with EXFAT. What a joy to use Wnsoft software on our M1 MAC. Currently building a 40 minute 4K video with slides taken from a trip I took to the High Tatry Mountains in 1987. Already around 50 hours of labor and Wnsoft is running  flawlessly. Not one single glitch!! Thank you Igor for such a fine product!!

  2. Hello we live in the USA and have friends in Germany. I understand their TVs are PAL and here in  the USA is NTSC.  If I build a video and send on a flash drive should it be formatted in EXFAT and rendered in PAL or NTSC format? Can one render in PAL with Wnsoft PTE? If uploaded to Vimeo must it be rendered differently for our friends.in Germany to see. Thank you for your help. Bill

  3. Dear Igor, After photo searching through our families albums and many many days of selecting and restoring the photos and then building a 40 minute historical video of my grandparents and their farm we finally finalized it yesterday. It was build in 4K and I am amazed how trouble free the whole process was. I use your software 11.0.2 on a MacMini (Apple Silicon) in conjunction with Affinity Photo and Capture One. The final result on our 4K Sony TV is stunning. There are many animations I build also in the process with Wnsoft and just works great.  It took one and a half hours to render the 40 minute video and the MacMini had hardly any heat buildup which is amazing.  Your product is fabulous and thankful to have such a fine product available, Thank you Bill

  4. Thank you, Igor for adding the Drop-an-Drag feature for the Tree of Objects. I am enjoying PTE immensely and will upgrade as soon as PTE 11 final is available. Thanks to Barry Beckham in Australia who has helped me a couple of times when I had a question about a feature.  Just built a presentation for a funeral service and received many positive comments.

  5. After over 10 years on Macs and away from PCs it is great to have Wnsoft available again and now in a Mac Verison. We have the MacMini M1 with 16GB and 1 T SSD and runs perfectly with Wnsoft and even when rendering can't detect any heat from the MacMini and should mention it is fast.  We have already built several small videos using Wnsoft for personal friends. Together with Wnsoft we use Capture 21 for our Sony cameras and also Affinity Photo and Affinity Designer, partially when working with graphics. We also used Photoshop Pro version for quite a few years and then when Photoshop started with the monthly fee we switched to Affinity and found it to be a great alternative to Photoshop and in some ways like it better. Should mention that Affinity early on offered a version for the new Mac Mi chip which too runs great. It is amazing how well the Wnsoft team was able to provide a Mac version that even in its first offering can run so trouble free. Thank You Wnsoft!!

  6. Hello again, THE DOM, I purchased the Folding Book/album this afternoon and made a short presentation for a dear friend in Germany and  the folding book style is amazing. Thank you for such a great product to use on Wnsoft.  After leaving PCs over 10 years ago I was so delighted to find a new version of PTE for our new MacMini M1. Runs incredibly smooth and fast. Thanks again Bill

  7. Hello and greetings, I am new to PTE  for Mac and delighted there is now a Mac version. I have a question about this PTE printing press style. I tried it in PTE and I would like to use a separate full solid background like displayed here but when playing it always uses one of the photos (of the 9) in the group as displays as a segmented background. Thank you

  8.   Hello Igor, Made the purchase of the Pro version of PTE for our new MacMini M1---16GB---1 Tera SSD and runs perfectly and should I say "fast"!!  It has been at least 10 years since we moved over to Mac from PCs and losing WnSoft was the saddest part of that move.(Didn't want to run Windows on our Macs)  I waited 10 years while always hoping to come back to WnSoft and now so glad to be back. When I checked your website a little over a week ago I couldn't been more pleasantly surprised!!  Thank you Igor and your team for making a wonderful product available now on Macs!  Bill

  9.    Hello Igor. After approximately 10-11 years we are back and just purchased your Studio Pro version. We went to Mac from PC for our business then and had to find slideshow software from another company to build slide shows for our ongoing clients, During that long time I kept checking from time to time to see if you had a full Mac version available and was so delighted to find that so yesterday. Bringing back some fond memories using the PTE Studio Pro. I am running it on a new MacMini M1 16GB and 1 Tera SSD and so far running extremely smooth and fast. I find your software is very intuitive and Barry Beckhams tutorials are so helpful too. Thanks again. William Russell Photos

  10. Personally I think the need for a Mac version has been greatly underestimated. I am a great fan of PtE having used it to produce many AV's and within the photography world in the UK is the defacto standard if you are happy to run Windows. I moved to Mac and iPads etc. three years ago and the biggest disappointment was there is not a Mac version of PtE. I was glad to see the back of Windows and there is no way that I am prepared to pollute a Mac by running Windows on it.

I am the secretary of a thriving Camera Club and many of our members are in the same position as me and also have the same views regarding Windows. I would have thought that there would be far greater reward for now stopping any further enhancements to a Windows version and producing a Mac version. Sold via the App Store a Mac version produce a far greater return than the upgrades for. Windows version.

In the meantime I will have to either persevere with Aperture, which is a struggle compared to PtE, or borrow by wife's Windows laptop.

    Regards,

    John

Hi John, I too switched completely to Mac 4 years ago and waited too for a true Mac Version of PTE. We build presentations for clients and in the the beginning made them using PTE but after switching to Mac we used Fotomagico Pro.. The quality of the presentations are just a good and infact are excellent when viewing on a Mac or HD tv, BUT it lacks some of the features of PTE. Fotomagico though has been slowly upgrading the features but still not quite where PTE is. Four years has been a long wait and in that time we built many presentations. I too don't want to run Windows on our Macs. I am sure there are Windows systems out there running great but the last 4 years with our Macs have been as close to prefect as I could hope for. Igor and his team have done excellent work with their product and if they came out with a true Mac version I still would consider returning to this excellent product. Regards Bill

  11. Hello Maureen, Just viewed your excellent Malta Presentation. Again, stunningly clear, colorful and well framed. Very interesting and as always you do such a great job. So appreciate your kindness in making a version for those of us using Macs. Thanks Bill

  12. Hello Maureen, I just watched your presentation on my Mac. Thanks for making a Mac version!! Stunningly beautiful! You did an excellent job in form and function. Photographer is where the skill comes from but always interested which lens and camera used too. Bill
