  1. Thank you to all of you for your speedy responses. I'm glad that I wasn't missing something. I did do print screen as a work-around. By the way, I did download Pte Project Reporter v2 just now as you suggested. I tried printing the full report and the program crashed twice in the 6.x beta version. Sounds like at this point the print screen is the best solution for now. Anne
  2. First of all, I would like to thank the developers for this marvelous program! I have used it on three rather large projects so far and as my skill improves they are getting better and better. I used the 6.x beta for this last one with no issues and enjoyed the upgrades. One thing I need, and don't seem to find, is the ability to print out a small thumbnail sheet of the slides in order. What I am doing with the projects is creating a semi-timed slideshow that is set to accompany live symphonic music that I am conducting (just did it with The Planets last night, it was a huge hit!). I set several slides that have to be manually advanced by an operator to make sure that they are staying with the music at critical junctures. Since I tend to move the slides around a few times to get the best order, sorting by filename isn't a good option for 150+ files. Is there any way to print out a sheet of the slideshow list in thumbnail version? If not, can I lobby for it in the new version? Once I get the final recording I will synch it to the images so that you can see some of them. I would welcome your suggestions and comments as I am doing it again in another city in March. 3. Audio: 20 Kbps, 8,000 Hz, 16 Bit, Stereo. You get the gold star. It is a midi file from a composer for a piece I will be performing in a week. Thank you for the explanation, it was really driving me crazy. The good news is that in the end the exe file will be run to follow a live performance. This was informational for my staff so they could get an idea of what it was going to sound like, but I had to give up after awhile. At least I know I wasn't crazy!
  4. Ugh, thanks you are right. I checked several other files and they were reading fine. Unfortunately, I did try opening it in Sony Sound Forge and resaving it as an mp3 file and that didn't help. I may have to back to the unedited original. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, Marie
  5. Here's a weird one. I am trying to exactly synch (different lengths for each slide) but when I preview from a specific slide in timeline the music is not in the same place as when I run the preview from the beginning. On top of things, pte is reading the length of the music as 15.30, when in fact it is 12.30. I noticed that the pitch is low also. As you can imagine, this is pretty much making synching impossible. (I have tried it on two different machines) Any ideas?
