[DVD Building]

After completing a project, publishing as an exe file works fine, but attempting a DVD gates as far as "Next", and then sticks with a message at the top "video builder not responding"

What am I doing wrong?

I can't find the "start preview from this slide" option - odften quoted as toaster button, in P2E 8.

How can I show it? Thanks

[Help with renewal]

I have used Pictires to Exe 6. for some years. I would like to update to the latest version, and have applied for a new licence. This arrived but wwhen trying to use it get a message saying "This licebce number is broken or incorrect". I have tried contacting Winsoft help twice over the last 3 weeks and got a incident number but have never had a follow up.

Is there a way around this?

[Videobuilder Problem]

I have P2E 5.6 with video builder. Used it once, very succesfully, to produce a DVD. However, now whenever I try to create a DVD from a project, all goes well until I have clicked the appropiate options followed by "next". At this point I get a message saying "warning - your disc is not empty". This is with a new disc!! I have tried both DVD-R and DVD+R with the same effect. Presumably -R is preferable as more widely acceptable.

Any advice?
