    Sorry to say, I can't find you in our base only by your nickname, and I don't know, if your letter reached us.

    Please, try to re-send your request to support@wnsoft.com, to be on the safe side. And I'll send you a new key as soon as possible. Anyway, please, let me know, if you have received the new key, or not.

  2. Dear Larry,

    The key for the PicturesToExe program is sent as an attached .txt file. There are some email programmes, that insert the key to the body of the letter, or remove attached files.

    If you still haven't received the key, write to me at support@wnsoft.com and I'll send you the key as soon as possible. Don't forget to give me your full name, order ID and email, that you used in registration.

    Also, write to me some information about the problem with the quality of images and we'll try to find out, what's wrong.

    Of course, there are some ways of extracting images from slideshows, but there is also the way to disable <Print Screen> key.

    All you have to do is just to put a tick near

    "Don't allow <Print Screen> to copy pictures" (Project Options | Advanced tab.).

    I have just received your order from our order processing service (I think that it is your details, judging by your name and the country). So, I've just resent your key to you. You will receive it as a .zip file, because your email program inserts .txt files to the body of the letter.

    If you switch on the option "Allow to restore pictures" (and if you are using your Navigation Bar), then when you press a "Print" button, there will appear two new functions:

    1) to save your image from the slideshow to your hard drive

    2) to save all the slide as a .bmp file.

    I hope that this option is clear now?

    That's right, the first key from RegNow is incorret. But this problem is solved already.

    I have sent you the key as a .zip file a few hours ago. Please, check your email: there should be a letter from orders@wnsoft.com with a working key.

    Anyway, please, let me know, if you have registered your copy of PicturesToExe, or not.

    I think, I have received yesterday your letters (judging by your message here). I have sent you the key as a .zip file. This file should register you automatically.

    The point is that some email programmes delete even .zip attachments.

    So, by this time the letter with the key should reach you. If you receive an empty letter, please, write me again and, if possible, send me any other email address. I'll try again.

    You will receive the working key today.

    Please, after receiving the key, send me a confirmation letter, that you have successfully registered.

    If somebody else has the same problem, don't worry, we are sending working keys to all customers. So, after ordering PicturesToExe, everyone will receive two keys - the second one works for sure. Sorry for this inconvenience with "test keys".

    To put your slideshow to CD, just copy your .exe file to the CD. You may also copy autotun.inf file to run your show automatically. You can read about creating it at our FAQ #14.

    If you have difficulties in creating autorun, you can send it to me at the text format at support@wnsoft.com and I'll check it.

    As for preventing your images from copying - it is a difficult question. You can check

    "Don't allow <Print screen> to copy images"(Project Options | Screen). It may help you if your customers don't have any program for extracting images from .exe files.
