Dear barksworld, if you sent us the request for the key, please, check if you have received it already. Anyway let us know if you received it or not.

Hi to all! Sorry for the delay in answering to this topic. It's a pleasure to read all your kind words about these lessons! We'll be happy if they are useful for you! All your suggestions and criticism are really appreciated!

Hello, Michel, Thank you for the link to the latest version! It is really very helpful! www.wnsoft.com will start working again very soon.

Hello, Nata, Sorry to say, I can't find you in our base only by your nickname, and I don't know, if your letter reached us. Please, try to re-send your request to [email protected], to be on the safe side. And I'll send you a new key as soon as possible. Anyway, please, let me know, if you have received the new key, or not.

Dear Larry, The key for the PicturesToExe program is sent as an attached .txt file. There are some email programmes, that insert the key to the body of the letter, or remove attached files. If you still haven't received the key, write to me at [email protected] and I'll send you the key as soon as possible. Don't forget to give me your full name, order ID and email, that you used in registration. Also, write to me some information about the problem with the quality of images and we'll try to find out, what's wrong.

Hello, Gary, It seems that your email program deletes attached files or inserts them into the body of the letter. I'll resend you the key as soon as possible. Please, let me know, if you receive the key. Sorry for this inconvenience.

Dear Pixelpete, The point is that if you use music synchronization, your slideshow is operated by your computer. So, your buttons, Navigation Bar and all mouse actions won't work. If you want to use your buttons, you can't use music synchronization.

Hello, Marian : Of course, there are some ways of extracting images from slideshows, but there is also the way to disable <Print Screen> key. All you have to do is just to put a tick near "Don't allow <Print Screen> to copy pictures" (Project Options | Advanced tab.).

Dear Veronica, I have just received your order from our order processing service (I think that it is your details, judging by your name and the country). So, I've just resent your key to you. You will receive it as a .zip file, because your email program inserts .txt files to the body of the letter. I hope to hear from you about your successful registration soon.

Dear Ronniebootwest, There is a gallery of presentations created in PicturesToExe program. Everyone can "visit" it and leave his own projects: http://www.beechbrook.com/pte

Sorry, Boxig, I haven't seen your message. It's a pity that this brilliant pedagogical experiment was failed by me!

Dear Pushu, If you switch on the option "Allow to restore pictures" (and if you are using your Navigation Bar), then when you press a "Print" button, there will appear two new functions: 1) to save your image from the slideshow to your hard drive 2) to save all the slide as a .bmp file. I hope that this option is clear now?

Dear Larry, If you can wait till Monday, I can send you a new key. All you have to do for it is to write me your email address(which you used in registration) and order ID. It's a pity, I can't send you the key today. Sorry for this "weekend inconvenience".

Dear Prhood! That's right, the first key from RegNow is incorret. But this problem is solved already. I have sent you the key as a .zip file a few hours ago. Please, check your email: there should be a letter from [email protected] with a working key. Anyway, please, let me know, if you have registered your copy of PicturesToExe, or not. We are extremely sorry for this inconvenience.

Hello, Snapshots Photo. I think, I have received yesterday your letters (judging by your message here). I have sent you the key as a .zip file. This file should register you automatically. The point is that some email programmes delete even .zip attachments. So, by this time the letter with the key should reach you. If you receive an empty letter, please, write me again and, if possible, send me any other email address. I'll try again.
