Well, since this is happening more and more maybe PTE must start to think about another method to distribute key files - maybe a secure web site with download options? And no, with the instant world we live in I do not think patience is a virtue, it is a pain!

I also received an "registration email" from them, telling me that there is an attachement to the email. There was NO attachment, but some very funny XML following the sugnature. I've send email to support yesterday, no reply yet. WHAT is going on?

Same on my side - invalid key file. I emailed their support line yesterday - no reply so far!
