  1. Hello Granot, I just downloaded and tried out the app. AWESOME! (shouting intended due to excitement) You are awesome! >This is only first version and I will add some improvements according >to members feedback. One is to let utility check user's screen size and >show the animation gif in the same spot on all screens relative to size. >Any specipic question ask me. OK 1- Yes, it would be nice to position the ani-gif according to screen size. 2- what should I do to run another ani-gif during a presentation? Have multiple gifexe programs in different folders with ani files in with them? 3- do you have these programs pre-written? or do you do it so quickly because you are so genius? 3 is a rhetorical question I like to think you are a genius, so don't pop my bubble with an answer, OK ;-) Merlin
  2. Hello, It could be that while GIF '87 patents have run out, the GIF '89 patents are still in force Or the daunting task of checking the 130+ other GIF patents <sigh> Merlin
  3. Thank you. That was long ago. I was hoping to revive the 'wishlist' concept. Merlin
  4. >I think I can do this, but do you really need it ? Do I need it? no. Would I use it? yes Do I want it? yes Merlin
  5. Hello, I didn't see an updated 'wish list' so I thought I'd add a thread. The most valuable feature for me would be the support for animated .GIF Merlin
  6. Hello, I do product sales catalogs and similar. Lots of text, graphics (gif mostly) and voice. I was looking for a program to synchronize voice with pictures. I create menus and use hyperlinks quite a bit too. Merlin
  7. Hello Granot, I could certainly make use of a screen size measuring utility. My interest would be for 800x600 1024x768 and 1280x1024 I would rather make only those size shows. My own pooter res is 1600x1200 (32 bit colour) 21" screen I currently make shows for 800x600 only. I group items to control how they show up, but they are so tiny on my huge screen <LOL> Oh, I don't do shows as most people describe here, so I don't know if anyone else will care. Just offering my $0.02 Merlin
  8. Hello, It's my understanding (but I'm just a newbie) that the inage is scaled to different sizes to match the screen resolution. Merlin
  9. Hello, I needed a similar feature. What I did was to group all objects together, then center them Seem to work, but YMMV. Merlin
  10. Hello, Well, it's monday now and 'support' to the rescue! Thank you. Everything works now. Merlin
  11. Hello, I did noy use that e-mail account to register. I used an account which I know is a standard account and which has no installed filters or firewalls. It is a different account than I used for this forum. I wish it were the e-mail. That'd make it so much easier Sorry about the e-mail failure you had. I'll look into it. Thanks, Merlin
  12. Hello, I'm a newbe here. I just bought my copy of picturestoexe. The e-mail which came makes reference to an attachment. I didn't get an attachment tho. Any ideas? Merlin PS I've looked through the archives. This seems to be an ongoing problem I noticed occasionally someone would help out. Yes, I've e-mailed 'support', but I feel like a kid whose been told 'Christmas is delayed, but don't worry it's worth the wait'. <sigh>
