All the files used were included in the zip, among them the final exe, the pte project, extra project with slower speed which you can compile and the two images I used.It is very very easy to do, you can change the size of the lens image (by doing new one by yourself to fit the size of your original image) and play with speed by skipping more pixels (see the difference between the two projects).When you unzip, all files will be in one folder called "PTElenseffect". Run first the file "LensEffect2.exe".
