I have used a program called 'Media Monkey' http://www.mediamonkey.com/download/?ClickID=cf4llwlifwnnfkpalzeqwxipwwznfpnaikzi for some years now and find it extremely useful. It will catelogue all of your music and will rip from any CD to any folder that you select on your computer.
