Video Editing

I want to make an MP4 of my Panda Lite show, which has 4 video clips. The clips show items I want to hide, Reg No. Does anyone know of a free video editor you can do this with. I had considered buying Elements 10 Premier, I have Elements 10 & a trial version of Premier, but at the moment I am happy with Video Pad, hence the question. I remember in the early internet days, you could get blur removed with software, but haven't needed to go down that route for a while.

Hi Daniel

Looked at your suggestion but couldn't see anything refering to what I want to do, where in the programme is this featured?

PS it appears PTE will do what I want, so I will get my mining gear on & see what I can dig up.

I would confirm it can be done in PTE, whether this is what was envisaged I don't know. I'ts obvious what I did if you view the clip. However, for those wanting to do the same or similar, I took the clips into the O&A section & added a button over the offending sections, rough I know. Incidentally the link is to Flickr, unfortunately it removed the last couple of frames for some reason, which is what happened to another clip, maybe the last slide needs increasing???. ah well, beggars can't be choosers B)

Hi Daniel

Yes I looked at the scissors, but I don't think that was what I asked for, if you look at the link in my previous post you will see what I've done. Thanks anyway.
