Id be interested to see what everyones got! Heres my build:Case: CoolerMaster 430 EliteMotherboard: Sabertooth x79 LGA 2011RAM: 16GB Kingston HyperX (4x4) CPU: Intel 3820Video Card: Nvidia GTX 560tiHDD: 1TB Seagate Barracuda 7200rpmother compnents: 1 blu-ray disk drive, 1 sony 24x dvd drive, custom air cooling, Lacie 319 monitorPrimary uses: video editing and creation, photo editing and sound editing: Photoshop & adobe bridge v6, PTE and audacityNo problems so far can handle doing all of this at once without any lag or slowing down. The LT & DT are for two different purposes, the DT is for everyday use including PTE, the LT I only use for presentations. The tower isn't a tower it's a Lan box, similar to the pic without the mini screen & clear sides. The idea was to use it as a portable instead of a LT, but it was such a fag disconnecting everything I upgraded my LT. The audio card I'm not sure, if you are interested I had it built by Fantasy Computers Stockton & I am very pleased with it, it's in its 3rd year so may replace/update it later this year.Yachtsman1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Your requirements will dictate what you need.Your external hardware will limit what you will end up with.As with the motherboard specs,soundcard specs won't tell you all.Everything is relative,but something around the £50 markshould do the trick,unless you need something exotic.Davy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
