I have finished the written procedure notes (pdf) and was surprised at just how many pages it took to complete. (pdf format is 24 pages long. In the first section I use Photoshop to create a 'Menu Template' and then, in the second section I use the PTE (object editor) to create the working menu. I am now working on the audio Visual tutorial that will take you all the way through the entire process.The finished tutorial will be very detailed and the mystery of 'One Page Menu's' will be totally exploded.Please email me if you would like further details and some sample pages from the written notes.
