I recently acquired PTE V6, and I previously had V5.5 and V 5.6, so I bought the upgrade Video builder because it expires today. I received the activation key, but the problem is that the when I open PTE V6 the software crashes. I have no idea what there is to be done. Does 6.0 crash when you try to open PTE after installing the Video Builder upgrade?
