@Alex55 I am totally enthused with Igor's latest marvel, PTE 12 ! I have used PTE from the very begining, but have not been active in the Forum in recent years. Late last night I logged in to Wnsoft and noted with excitement the release of Version 12. I immediately read Igor's What's New, and was even more excited! My memory quickly went back to years ago being totally engaged waiting, and being some modest help to Igor, as Version 3.4 or 4.3 was about to be the latest and greatest. My late-into-the-night PTE project went very smoothly, while opening my eyes to how many features I can now try to learn and use. Igor is truly a genius, evidenced repeatedly over the years. His technical skills AND his ability and willingness to be in touch and respond to PTE Users is unmatched anywhere. I am totally in agreement with your listed experience and observations! I did have a little trouble with the timeline responsiveness, but had thought it was perhaps my slower laptop, that I don't normally use for PTE. I downloaded the project and stared to edit it with my images. I ran into a few hurdles. The first one was it kept going back to the downloaded directory. I discovered the PTE project File is a text document and opened it in Notepad++. There I used Find and Replace to edit the directory reference to the new location. I also created a spreadsheet of the images to include the Slide No, Image No, Image Size and text. This made the image and edits easier to keep track of the changes. This is the first edit using my images from various places I visited in July. I have made a couple of other version since, changing music and other text. As a photographer, I would not normally make a show like this from scratch as I like to feature the images and not the application features. Thanks for sharing, it was a fun exercise.

Some photographers will walk a kilometre to a carefully planned location 4.5 kilometres from the Byron Lighthouse, then wait 45 minutes for the Moon to rise perfectly behind it—because apparently disappointment needs good composition too. Right on cue, the clouds staged a flawless photobomb, hiding the Moon at the exact moment of truth. Then, just as surrender seemed the only sensible exposure setting, the Moon popped above the clouds and lit them up brilliantly, proving Mother Nature enjoys delivering punchlines more than photographers enjoy sticking to the plan. Made into a timelapse style with PTE.

Hello everyone. The project is a demonstration of the new features of the 12th version of the program, now with layer overlays. The Light Leaks overlay now works relatively correctly, relatively because the mask effect has to be applied to the entire composition, not just to a layer, and the overlay of the image on the folding paper works correctly. BD.

You can open the project folder and, looking at the replacement files (which are simple forms with regular numbering), in another folder that you created, select the appropriate photos with the same numbering and then replace the project files with them using the "copy with replacement" command. Then save the project under a different name. Thank you for your comments and attention to my work.
