Hi, Today the forum and PTE online help site were slow or hard to reach. I'm sorry for this problem! The cause: heavy traffic from AI bots/crawlers. More than 2 millions visits last 24 hours. This time bots were running on Google Cloud public servers, which made it tricky to block them without also blocking real Google services. I found a fix and the sites should now work normally.
