Thanks, How I missed that I do not know,however the tech people at winsoft never suggested this option. Tried it on a small clip and it works. will now try larger clip. Thanks again. David

Why can i not play My Sony Handicam GW 55VE files in pictures to exe They are TS(AVC}files and although they load they will not play smoothly.Also if I have to convert them ,what should I use to retain the high def quality and what conversion programme
