    HD Video MP4

    Thanks for your reply Igor. I contacted Pay Pro Global and was advised that my original payment in May of last year was reversed the following month. So my order was cancelled. The payment reversal occurred as a result of some fraudulent transactions on my credit card which the bank had to reverse out. All this happened on the same day as my payment for PTE and the bank assumed this was a fraudulent transaction and reversed the charge. I have today orderd PTE8 once more. I look forward to version 9 and hope that it solves my problem with MP4 video output.

    HD Video MP4

    Hi Igor, I have tried uninstalling and re-installing PTE8. I now have new problem as my license key is not accepted. I purchased PTE8 in April 2014 - order ID 2099696. Can you please assist me to install PTE8. I downloaded PTE Evaluation version and tried creating an MP4 file. Again it created the file but with zero data. I don't think VMWare is the problem as I used a trial version of ProShow Producer and it created an MP4. However with PTE8 I was successful in creating an AVI file so that helps me to publish an audio visual. So would appreciate if you could assist me to install PTE8. I look forward to the next version of PTE. Max Biddlestone
  3. I am a Mac user and using VMware Fusion to create a Windows environment for running PTE8. I recently upgraded VMware to the latest version and find that when I create an MP4 file it has no data - zero bytes. I have tested this using a short four slide AV as well as a larger one. However I can create an avi file. Thinking VMware must be the problem I downloaded ProShow Producer trial version and was successful in creating an MP4. So that would appear to rule out VMware as the problem. So my thinking is PTE8 is the problem. Have any other Mac users experienced this problem.
  4. I am a new member and hopefully have chosen the correct topic. My issue is I am a Mac user and use VMware Fusion to run Windows and PTE v6.5. All has been going well for some years. Yesterday I purchased PTE v8 upgrade and downloaded the setup.exe file that was attached to the email from WnSoft. The file was placed in the Downloads folder on the Mac and whenever I try to open it a message pops up titled The Unarchiver stating it could not extract the file. Has anyone encountered this problem? I might add my computer knowledge is next to zero. Hope somebody can help me.
