  1. Patty In Photoshop go to Image-Image Size and set the resolution to 72 Pixels/inch (yes I know Resolution does not matter) set the size to 700 Pixels if it is in landscape mode. Make sure Cocstrain Proportions is selected. After this go to File-Save For Web and in Image Ready select Jpg and type for quality 60. Look at the bottom and read the file size. these should be under 200. You can get a comptomise worked out between quality and file size all in real time. You can do all this in Batch using an action. Make sure all pictures are in landscape mode. You can rotae them later.
  2. Yeah Ron well sayd! You are right, a lot of should and would guys. I must also congratulate Bart for the time and effort put into this to no much avail. I feel sorry for him and all you folks giving this a push. The question in my mind: After upgrading the transitions in 4.2 is there a need for a third image at all? Or am I missing some thing?
  3. I will wait 'till I get the key. Mailed a money order today. In the mean time I am busy building backgrounds, frames and borders. Since I will make tuts for PS I have to do a lot of story writing and screenshots. Story writing to help me and to put it into the show es a text file folder. This will take a while. I am not so concerned about it, was just running the programm through its pases to see what it can do and how it does it. Fortunately the learning curve was next to zero. Thanks for the suggestion. If I reinstall can I do it over this one or must I remove it?
  4. Selecting a slide in the image list then clicking on Objects or using the short cut Ctrl+B freezes the computer. The machine is clean P4 2.8, 576 Ram Win XP Pro. Could this be because I am using the trial version? Regards Norbert
  5. Thank you. Never thought about the custom brushes in PS for a mouse pointer. Norbert
  6. Oleg and Carol Your show made my download the trial version. Al's tutorial made me buy it. The concept you used in overlaying a semi transparent layer over a screenshot and cutting out a feathered window is a great artful design concept. When I saw this I went straight ahaed to design how to use Actions in PS in most the same way you did. 24 hours later 40 slides are ready and making more. The concept is so GREAT. The technical stuff is childsplay for me. The only thing you did not mention is: setting color management setting to sRGB for the Web and sharpening. Thanks for the eye opener,
  7. Al By the way a great tutorial very well narated. The text file is also a welcome addition. Got me up and running in no time. Thanks for the great work. From where did go get the mouse pointer used in the tut from? Norbert New YorkCity
