Many thanks for your help. I think my problem has resolved itself. The files are now stable and open without a problem. I have also created a backup on another computer which is also working well. I suspect the shows were suffering from lack of use and are now being opened regularly!

My files created over a period of time will open satisfactorily one minute and a few minutes later fail to open. I want to run a presentation to an audience which contains ten of your files, but they are unreliable. What can I do?
