I thought the whole point of his program was too easily burn slideshows is my computer not compatible or should I just get a refund? This is very fustrating.

Hi Im not a super techinical person but I burned the Iso file to a disc in windows explorer. I now have Disc image file on my disc but nothing happens when I click it. What am I doing wrong?

I have had the TV less than a year. I dont know what an Iso is. I made the SLide show and then Created an exe file (works Fine) but when I create a DVD and it goes to burn thats when I get the invalid FLoating point operation

Can you tell my why when I go to burn I get that invalid floating point operation error message? Could that have something to do with it.

Hi the dvd player ispart of the Tv. Ialso tried making the mp4 and trying it in the play station but it says unsupported.

I made an EXE and it has music as well. If I play the disc in my Computer its fine but on my TV no sound. I have an old school client with no technology knowledge......Am i missing a step in the burning process?

Hi I recently upgraded to 9 and When I preview my show everything is fine, When I burn it to a DVD there is no audio. Also I am receiving floating point errors even though I have to custom transitions. Its a small show maybe 55 files and 325 MB. HELP!
